Basic Plus Voice Mail

Basic Plus, is an enhanced service that supplies customers with a main menu box and four (4) individual "mailboxes" where greetings can be given out and messages taken when the end-user is not available or chooses not to answer the telephone. The main box, also known as the "what to do" box, acts as a menu for one-digit access to the other mailboxes. Users may store, forward, retrieve and erase the messages. Messages can be retrieved by telephone or can be delivered to your email.

Saved messages are maintained for 45 days.
Greetings and messages up to 3 minutes.
