The Virtual Office offered by Kentuckiana Voice Mail is the most advanced voice mail service available today.  Virtual Office is not just voice mail, but is a complete automated receptionist dedicated to helping you communicate with your customers.  Typical voice mail services at best allow you to have a main greeting with several single-digit selections that route you to individual mailboxes for leaving messages.  That’s it.  Virtual Office from Kentuckiana Voice Mail offers so much more:

• ·     Separate business hours and after-hours menus to greet callers and direct them in making appropriate selections.

• ·     Callers can be transferred to individual mailboxes by entering the 3-digit extension number or making a single-digit routing selection (for example:  Press 1 for sales, or extension 100).

• ·     A company directory for the caller who isn’t quite sure who he should be calling.

• ·     A fax on-demand catalog can be configured to provide routine information such as business hours, location, or basic pricing information.  This information can be provided in a caller friendly manner so that your customer can have their questions answered without ever having to take your valuable time.

• ·     Fax mail can be used to catch overflow facsimile documents that would normally be missed by your fax machine.

• ·     A main telephone number to the corporate voice mail system is included.  Optionally, subscribers may request separate individual telephone numbers that ring directly into employee voice mail accounts.

• ·     When leaving a message in one of the individual voice mail boxes, the caller will have the option to send a numeric message to the called party’s digital pager.

•       Individual mailboxes can have up to ten (10) different greetings that play by time of day and day of week.

• ·     When messages are left, the mailbox owner will be notified of the new message at their office telephone, cell phone, home phone, digital pager, or any other designated telephone.  Each of these can be configured by time of day and day of week.

• ·     Optionally call detail reports can be requested that will provide a detailed account of all voice mail activity.  These reports are automatically generated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

Virtual Office from Kentuckiana Voice Mail provides a voice mail service that emulates the expensive on-site voice mail systems purchased by large corporations.  The best news of all is that Virtual Office is virtually free.  If you were to purchase on on-site voice mail system or have your receptionist take messages for your company, it would require at least one telephone line.  Even if Virtual Office were priced at $42.95 per month it would still cost less than a single business telephone line.

Note: The base package for Virtual Office includes ten (10) individual mailboxes.  Additional mailboxes are available upon request.  There is no practical limit to the number of mailboxes you can include in your Virtual Office.  If you have more than one thousand individual mailboxes, we will simply utilize four (4) digit mailboxes instead of three (3) digit mailboxes.
